Grace Deon has 27 years of diverse legal experience. Having argued cases before numerous Federal, State, and County courts, Grace has an extensive litigation background.
Grace is a shareholder and member of Eastburn and Gray P.C.’s Management Committee and Litigation Department where she represents individuals, companies and municipalities in civil litigation matters. Grace’s concentration at present is in commercial, employment and special education litigation. However, over the years, she has handled a variety of cases. Her diverse background includes matters involving personal injury, zoning and land use, family law, real estate and trusts and estates.
In addition to the United States Supreme Court, she is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Supreme Courts; the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania; and all United States District Courts for the State of New Jersey.
In 2003, Grace was approved by the judges of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to serve as a federal arbitrator.
She is a former President of the Bucks County Bar Association, having served the organization in nearly every Executive Leadership role. Additionally, Grace served multiple years as Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee.
Grace donates her legal expertise to the Bucks County Legal Aid Society, where she has represented, pro-bono, victims of domestic abuse. She also represents elderly and disabled individuals in the community who may require ADA accommodations whether in the workplace, in an apartment or in a public setting, such as the need to be accompanied by a service dog.
